Our projects
Real AI projects.
Real impact.
We apply our deep expertise, knowledge and passion to deliver AI-driven solutions that solve complex supply chain problems.

Air Canada is Canada's national carrier and one of the largest airlines in North America by fleet size and passengers carried. Working closely with the internal AI CoE, we deployed a solution that produced material improvements in forecasting passenger demand to augment the airline's ability to influence ticket revenues. Through this project and others like it, Air Canada aims to become a global leader in applying AI to the airline industry.

Alimentation Couche-Tard is one of the largest convenience store operators and fuel retailers in the world. A suite of AI-based tools were developed that helped improve revenue performance across their network of sites by better accounting for the dynamic nature of consumer behaviours. Couche-Tard has quickly become an AI pioneer, successfully applying AI in a practical way to solve core business challenges.

Ray-Mont Logistics is a major agriculture supply chain actor in North America, offering domestic logistic, freight forwarding and transloading services from coast to coast. Ray-Mont's strong culture of innovation and IVADO Labs' core supply chain and AI expertise proved to be a winning combination, producing an entire suite of AI-driven solutions focused on improving terminal operations across all their facilities.

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is a leading multinational healthcare company based out of Switzerland. In collaboration with the Canadian division, IVADO Labs built an intelligent allocation tool that enables the company to distribute, in a fair and timely fashion, scarce testing kits during pandemics.

IVADO Labs is building AI assets at the Port of Montreal to help harmonize the supply chain ecosystem with a common objective of increased predictability of operations. The movement of containers through the Port of Montreal's supply chain is driven by a complex web of information exchanges between numerous stakeholders. Using AI to optimize rail infrastructure and assets seeks to provide tactical upstream visibility of upcoming vessels and container volumes. The predictive tool will improve synchronization of all elements of supply chains and bring substantial benefits to the entire gateway ecosystem.

Project partners are collaborating to optimize the aerospace supply chain and manufacturing processes, further develop capabilities to reduce production cycle times, minimize inventory, and improve product time-to-market.

Cascades offers sustainable, innovative, and value-creating solutions in packaging, hygiene and recovery. In order to minimize the company’s ecological footprint, Cascades use AI algorithms to evaluate millions of trips lasting 1 to 5 days. The solution developed in partnership with IVADO Labs allows Cascades to identify optimal routes that minimize empty mileage while respecting Cascades contractual commitments and the regulatory framework.

Aircraft maintenance is typically composed of largely scheduled activities at specific intervals and unscheduled activities when aircraft parts need repair. Bombardier’s Aftermarket team aims to transform its core approach and culture from traditional maintenance to condition-based monitoring and preventive maintenance. The goal of the project is to enable a more proactive approach to maintenance, limit aircraft downtime and reduce “Aircraft on Ground” (AOG) costs for Bombardier aircraft, as well as providing unique state-of-the-art maintenance support to customers.
