Leadership team

Hélène Desmarais is a prominent and influential business leader in Canada.  Since it was founded in 1996, Hélène has been Chair and CEO of the Centre d’Entreprises et d’Innovation de Montréal (CEIM), one of Canada’s most successful technology incubator in Canada.  The CEIM has catalyzed the development of hundreds of Canadian startups, some of which have become world-class enterprises.  Hélène serves on the boards of Christian Dior SE, the main holding of LVMH, Christian Dior Couture and GardaWorld Security. She is the chairman of HEC-Montreal.

Arnold uses his 20+ years of experience across both strategy and technology consulting to develop solutions that deliver results. He was witness to the birth of modern AI, where he studied neural networks under one of Geoff Hinton’s early students. Before joining, he was the national leader of the AI Strategy and Transformation practice at PwC Canada.

Lalit is a seasoned supply chain executive who has worked on multiple complex, mission-critical deployments for Fortune 500 companies globally. He brings over 25 years in large-scale, enterprise systems implementations while serving as an executive at SAP and has extensive industry experience in retail, CPG, logistics/transportation and manufacturing.

Behnaz is an Operations and Supply Chain strategy and transformation leader with Fortune 500 elite consulting experience across industries. She is recognized for the ability to incorporate innovative technology-enabled management decisions within end-to-end strategic and operational transformations. She has more than a decade of industry and academic track record to deliver impact from top-down strategic design to implementation and change management. Before joining, she was at McKinsey & Co. and prior to that she pursued an academic and teaching career with a PhD in Operations Research.

With 20+ years experience developing enterprise-grade supply chain technology solutions for Fortune 1000 clients, Serge has proven he can build and run global technology organizations. Most recently, he was the global CTO for JDA. He was also a member of the Google Cloud Advisory Board for several years and co-authored the book “Supply Chain for Dummies”.

Jacques is a seasoned leader with extensive experience implementing mission-critical supply chain technology solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Through leading consulting teams at some of the worlds premier technology firms, such as Oracle and Taleo, he brings a deep understanding of best-practices in B2B solution deployments in various major industries.

Laëtitia is a strategic and innovative Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in creating and implementing HR strategies and programs in support to business goals. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Management Sciences and has 15 years of experience in technology and consulting organizations with global reach and presence. Her passion is to help talents and companies grow and create a best place to work.

As Canada Excellence Research Chair in Data Science for Real-Time Decision-Making at Polytechnique Montréal, he holds Canada’s main chair in operations research, authored more than 100 publications in the top journals of the field of Mathematical Optimization and he serves as associated editor for several prestigious journals in the area.

Jean-François is currently a professor of Operations Management at HEC Montréal, where he also holds the Chair in Logistics and Transportation since 2006. Louis-Martin was one of the first researchers to investigate the hybridization of classical operations research methods and constraint programming, which is rooted in artificial intelligence, and is currently a faculty member of the Mathematics and Industrial Engineering Department at Polytechnique Montréal. He holds the Canada Research Chair in Healthcare Analytics and Logistics at Polytechnique Montréal and specializes in complex and integrated routing and scheduling problem, developing techniques at frontier of classical operations research and artificial intelligence.
