IT Specialist

Job Description

You will assist the IT Manager in the day-to-day operation of our IT department.

Core duties

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to end-user issues
  • Respond to end-user requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure proper recording, documenting, and closure of tickets
  • Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
  • Set up and maintain facility equipment
  • Configure hardware as part of the new employee onboarding process
  • Support and assist in maintaining the IT hardware inventory
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

  • Google workspace ( Gmail, Meet, Drive )
  • JIRA service desk
  • MacOS & iOS
  • JAMF (mobile device management)
  • Mersive (conference room solution)
  • JIRA insight (inventory system)
  • Slack

Qualifications

  • Minimum knowledge of macOS and Apple products
  • Must be able to do physical work
  • Organized
  • Excellent customer service
